PharmaPro brings the daily work of a pharmacy into one accountable system: managing stock, dispensing, sales, procurement, compliance, cash control, and accounting. It is designed to keep branch operations working when internet connectivity is unreliable, with a cloud control plane for multi-branch oversight.

The product supports distinct responsibilities across owners, managers, pharmacists, cashiers, stock keepers, and accountants. Access to sensitive actions is tied to role and operator identity, with controlled dispensing and financial activity designed to remain traceable.

Demo status

It includes a Ugandan medicine catalog, sample stock, and fictional customer profiles for trying point of sale, dispensing controls, inventory, procurement, and cash workflows. New sales and other business activity are recorded in the shared demo account, so please use only fictional entries. Never enter real customer or patient information.
